A small practice is still a practice.

Choose three, five, or ten minutes and let the soundscape support attention without turning calm into another performance goal.

Choose by state

Calm may pair with spacious awareness; Heavy with release; Uncertain with focus; Open with balance. The recommendation is a simple rule, not a diagnosis.

Settle the body first

Let the breathing circle expand and soften at a comfortable pace. You do not need to force a deep breath. If breath focus feels uncomfortable, rest attention on Rain, Wind, Stream, Forest, or Night instead.

Use sound gently

UNTA soundscapes such as Mountain Dawn, Hanji Rain, and Moon Garden can mix with nature sound. Keep volume low enough to remain aware of your surroundings. Never use headphones where attention to traffic or machinery is required.

Pause and return

An interrupted session can be resumed within the supported window. Playback fallback explains when a source is unavailable. Completion becomes part of your private practice history and UNTA’s growth.

Know the limit

Meditation may support wellbeing but is not treatment. Stop if a practice increases distress, dizziness, pain, or panic, and seek suitable professional care when needed.
