Plain answers before you begin.

How readings, Soul, privacy, ads, and personal collections work in HELLO UNTA.

Does a reading predict the future?

No. It offers a symbolic interpretation for entertainment and self-reflection. Treat it as one perspective, not evidence or a command.

What is Soul?

Soul is an in-service digital credit. Paid and free balances follow the rules shown at purchase or award. It is not cash and cannot be traded.

Why is birth information requested?

Birth date, optional time, gender selection, and calendar type support the personal energy layer of your readings. Choose Birth time unknown when appropriate. See Privacy for retention and rights.

Are my Talk messages used in analytics?

No reading question or Talk text belongs in product analytics events. Active session text is processed to answer, and retention is shown in Talk and the Privacy Policy.

Can I use HELLO UNTA free?

Selected readings and meditations may be free under current admin rules or after an optional rewarded ad. Empty ad configuration creates no blank space.

How do I delete my account?

Use My inside the app or the Account Deletion web page. Submit any eligible refund request first because deletion removes access and promotional Soul.
